  Hi, a while ago I created a website via WordPress. Started hosting via Strato, everything worked perfectly fine. Up until one day, the website wasn’t working anymore. Only to find out that the website is also non-existent on my account. It looks like our website has been deleted.
  http://www.jbaysurfhouse.com was the url we were using.

  This is the host WordPress.com and it doesn’t appear that your site isn’t hosted here. It may be using the wordpress software so perhaps log out of this new account and log back in with your correct credentials. If it is the wordpress software causing an issue the correct support forum is at
