Website is gone and Login isn’t possible

Hello, our problem is that our website seems to be gone. We don’t know how this happened but the Website itself and the admin web adresse are not available. We have an old user – BelugaCommunications and we believe the Website is saved on this account. Sadly, for some reason, we cannot log into that account anymore. Every time we tried the password, it told us that it is wrong. We tried to make a new password, but our e-mail seems to not be connected with the account anymore. So it is basically impossible for us to log into our account and the Website is nowhere to be found. If you could please help us with logging into the account and getting our Website back, that would be awesome. Thank you in advance!

I checked the site and unfortunately, we cannot help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com-managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we cannot take a closer look. It appears that the site is hosted with Cloudflare, so they should be able to assist you with this if you reach out to their support:

Also, because your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is available at the forums here:
