Website is hidden, password protected for me
-
Yesterday I installed UpdraftPlus Backup/Restore, ran a back up during the night. Since then the website is not visible for others and is requesting that I log into WP. I have disabled the plugin, thinking this is the cause, however the sight is still not visible. Can you please assist?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @snapcooee,
I understand that you are having visibility issues on your site. I checked, and the site is up and running on my end.
Additionally, I noticed that your website is a self-hosted site utilizing the open-source WordPress software (https://wordpress.org). We wouldn’t have access to it here at WordPress.com as we are a managed hosting service, not linked with your hosting provider, Instra. We explain the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org in the link below.

I recommend reaching out to Instra for tailored assistance. You can refer to this link for information on where your website is hosted.

Additionally, if you’re looking for a hosting service that includes robust support, consider our offerings at WordPress.com. We provide a seamless migration process at no additional cost, which could help simplify your setup and ongoing management.
Here is a support document that explains how you can migrate your site to WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-an-entire-wordpress-site/
