I created my personal website this summer. I haven’t tried editing it until recently, which WordPress is saying that I haven’t created a website yet.
I did some editing through WordPress on another website I co-manage and everything was normal.

It looks like justinrollefson.com is being hosted with Blue Host rather than WordPress.com.
There are 2 versions of WordPress and what happens here at WordPress.com is a bit different from the self hosted version. This guide explains those differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

I may be blind, but I have been searching on the WordPress.org website (and the support link you gave me) for 15 minutes now and cannot figure out how to post a question. Do they not have a support number? I really need to get this problem fixed, and they are making it very difficult to figure out what to do. I know that it isn’t your job to help me with this, but I am feeling a little helpless right now, since I can’t figure out what to do with WordPress.org.
Would it be worth contacting bluehost, because the website itself is functioning. Its WordPress that isn’t allowing me to edit my website, because it says that I haven’t made one yet.

I contacted Bluehost, and they were able to direct me to my dashboard for my website through there website.
