Website is no longer functioning correctly/can't login

  HELP! I am managing a website of behalf of a client and the website seems to have crashed. URL: https://bivtips.com/

  I can longer get into the backend despite having access to the login page. When I go to the site, it displays all in text like a word document.

  Any help on how to get to the backend would be GREATLY appreciated.

  (I have four years of experience managing multiple websites on WordPress and I have NEVER seen this before).
