Website is not displaying

  So this website https://basmedia.net/ is not displaying. When I login the dashboard it is saying Jetpack is having a DNS connection issue. I am thinking it might be a plugin issue but I am unable to connect to sftp to deactivate plugin because I can’t do in the dashboard. Can you help with this please?

  Correct account: Yes

  Hello there,

  The Jetpack connection was being disrupted because there is an A record still pointing away from WordPress.com.

  If you restore the default A records as show in this guide below, you can reset the primary domain to be basmedia.net.
