Website is not loading

  I am having an issue where my site is not loading. I am getting an error message saying the website took too long to respond. I am hoping to resolve the issue immediately or receive support from wordpress staff. My word press account is also saying that I do not have a wordpress site.

  http://refinishcoatings.com/ appears to use the WordPress software and is hosted with another company than WordPress.com. In order to get help with your website, we do suggest contacting either your host’s own customer support, or alternatively the community forums of WordPress.org:
