Website is not opening properly

I am working on a website & I am facing an error “Connection timed out”. When I try to open the website from my mobile device it doesn’t open properly. I don’t know what is the issue but It is affecting my productivity & causing me mental stress. Can you please what is the issue?
I am using the latest & stable version of google chrome on a Samsung Android device with official firmware installed.
