  Hi
  I was told it will work in 72 hours but its gives me the “This webpage is not available” but I can log in and post

  I’m new with this kinda of stuff could anyone help me plz

  Hi there. GoDaddy.com shows the domain route101cast.com as available for registration, which means it is not registered to you.

  Did you try to buy the domain via Store ->My Upgrades in your dashboard? Please try doing so again. Instructions here:

  that’s weird I already bought it

  in My upgrade I got this massage in red ”DNS needs to be updated”

  Hi there,

  It looks like you did not register the domain: route101cast.com. I see that you purchased the domain mapping upgrade, but that is for domains that are already registered elsewhere.

  What I can do is remove the domain mapping and you can register the domain through us by going to Store > My Domains in your Dashboard. It would be $18/year for public and $26/year for private. You can find out the difference between the two here:

  Register a New Domain

  If this is what you like to do please reply to confirm. I can then remove the domain mapping as you will not be able to register it until I remove that.

  yeah please remove it, because what we want is new domain. However do i need to do a refund before i register the new domain?
