website is offline

  I recently downloaded the site offline and coming soon plugin.
  And now my website just isn’t going online. I even tried uninstalling the plugin. It just does not work.
  When i am logged in on wordpress, it works. But i soon as i log out, it stops. Someone please help me.

  You can’t upload plugins to WordPress.com, so I believe you have a self-hosted installation of WordPress.

  This support forum is for blogs hosted at WordPress.com. You’ll need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums.
