Website is ruined

    Our site’s appearance has completely changed appearance out of the blue. Why? Please help us restore it. We had a very nice animation in the background and it’s been wiped away. We are not web engineers, we have no idea what to do.

    Also, very frustrated that this is the only way to get support. Seems like the staff doesn’t want to help so forces us to talk to the community, which may or may not hear our pleas.

    Just looked in my pages list. What is with this front page thing? The first ‘home page’ page has all the design things that have been wiped away. Please help.

    currently reaching out to bluehost (our hosting platform) support. they are able to help restore it, so they say. We’ll see. In the meantime, can someone please explain to us how this disaster even happened?
