Website is scraping content from my site and other people's sites

  I googled how to report a WordPress site, but those steps don’t apply because there are no three dots or even a “follow” button on this site: http://it101.cc/13101/. So how does one report such a site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That site is not a wordpress.com website, so we can’t help you. You need to contact their hosting, https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=it101.cc

  Thank you for replying, but I’m confused because a) the site says it’s “proudly powered by WordPress,” and b) when I pasted the site into that Who Is Hosting This website, all I got was the website I’m trying to report.

  That site uses the open source wordpress.org and these forums are for sites running on the wordpress.com platform.
  According to whois.net that site is hosted by GoDaddy.
