  I assigned domain to my WordPress website and since then my website slowed down, I can’t even edit anything.

  Correct account: Yes

  I’ve checked it, and the site qurbat.in is not hosted on the WordPress.com servers. We can not help here with sites that are not hosted with us, as we have no access to your site, and our support tools will not work.
