Going to my website https://newerasolutionsllc.net/ it says “Site Currently Unavailable If you are the owner, contact your hosting provider for more information.” We didn’t receive any email about it either. I tried to use the main admin account for the website to get WordPress support, but WordPress says that account does not exist.

I believe the website is hosted by WordPress. I go to https://newerasolutionsllc.net/wp-admin/edit.php? to edit the website. It is possible that payment has not been made for the website. My debit card got stolen and I had to cancel it. That could possibly be an explanation, but I don’t know how to confirm that is the issue.

Posting on the forums is the best way I currently have to contact the hosting provider. Can you point me in the right direction or point me to the right contact to resolve this issue?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello, from what I can see, your site newerasolutionsllc.net is not hosted here at WordPress.com, and is outside the scope of our support. WordPress itself is a software that can be used to build your site, and installed on many different hosts. Here at WordPress.com we provide managed hosting for your site, and provide support for sites hosted here.

From what I can see, your site is hosted with Google, but is also using SiteGround name servers. I would recommend reaching out to Google first, then check with Site Ground as a backup if Google is not able to help. The current site host will be able to help with further troubleshooting, especially if this is related to billing.

The issue you’re seeing could also indicate an issue with the domain or domain connection as well, so it may help to reach out to your domain registrar SquareSpace if you’re not able to resolve this with the site host.

If you’d be interested in hearing more about our managed hosting and support, please let us know!

    Hello,

Thank you for the reply. I did think that the website was hosted with Google, they told me to check with Squarespace. And then Squarespace said to check with WordPress. Someone in this loop clearly doesn’t know what is going in. I am inclined to believe you based on the information I see on https://www.whois.com/whois/newerasolutionsllc.net. What source are you using to find that the website is hosted with Google? I can maybe use that to help get support when contacting them.

I believe that the reason that Squarespace told me that WordPress hosted our website was because I told them that we go to https://newerasolutionsllc.net/wp-admin/post.php? to make edits on the website.

Going to wpadmin is just going to your site built with the wordpress software at the servers wherever it is hosted. Did you renew the domain last week when it was due? This is what I see at a Whois so the site has no connection to here (WordPress.com)

    Domain: newerasolutionsllc.net

    Registrar: Squarespace Domains II LLC

    Name Servers: ns1.siteground.net
    ns2.siteground.net
