    Just noticed our website is not available to view, and when we click the link it doesn’t show anything. Pls let me know what is going on. Thanks.

    Hi there @jaynelleaustria – looks like your account has a chargeback on it. Please see the details here: https://folccinc.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ The message at the top of the screen there explains the steps to get this sorted.

    Your site was previously running Olsen, a premium theme, which is not available while the chargeback is active and your Premium plan is not in effect. In the meantime, I’ve set your theme to Twenty Twenty-Two and homepage as your Blog.
