website is very slows

  I’m not sure what the configuration issue is, but navigating the wordpress backend tools/menus is slow, as well loading/posting/editing posts…. it can take over a minute, and sometimes say there is no internet connection, when there absolutely is an internet connection since I have other applications utilizing the connection at that very same moment. it’s terrible. i’m not sure if its a hosting or configuration issue.. I deleted all my posts and did a reset hoping it would fix everything but it’s still happening.

  Hi there,

  Usually when an issue like this occurs, it can be traced to an expired (or broken) login auth cookie stored on your local web browser. It looks like you are using Google Chrome as your browser, so with this in mind I would like you to try the following

  • clear your cache and cookies based on the steps google recommends here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
  • Also make sure you are not blocking any “3rd party cookies” as explained in that guide as well.
  • If you continue to have loading issues after completing those steps, I would like you to try another browser instead, like Firefox. Are you able to proceed if you use a browser other than Chrome?
