  I have been trying for weeks to publish changes for my site and whether I or another person tried it they don’t change. Help please!

  nawrb.com is a site hosted with GoDaddy and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
