Website Issue

  We are having an issue with our clients website.

  http://getwititmagazine.com

  First the pictures was not appearing. Now the whole site does not exist.

  I’ve reached out to out host, they insured me to contact WordPress.

  I wasn’t aware that WordPress tech support was via email. I can’t work like this due to the severity of my client.

  So after fixing this issue, and due time, unfortunately I would have to take my business else where.

  Hi,

  If your host isn’t WordPress.com, there isn’t a lot we can do here at the WordPress.com support forums.
  There are two different versions of WordPress. These are the support forums for WordPress.com, and you have the self hosted WordPress.org version. You can read about the differences here:

  Try posting your question in the WordPress.org support forums, or contacting your host directly for help.

  Thanks @rossviviano . It looks like in this case the site is self-hosted, but the domain used to be registered here and has expired.
