    I created my blog long time ago (jovi113.wordpress.com), but I forgot that; recently I used the same email account to create another WordPress blog, but I can only see the second blog from my dashboard, and then I deleted it. However, I still can find my first blog (jovi113.wordpress.com) on Internet, but I can’t find it in my current account dashboard. Do you know how to fix it? I just want to make my first blog private or delete it. Thank you so much for help.

    For account recovery, please fill out the account recovery form (https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery) and the staff will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

    After you recover it, you can delete or make it private at
    My Sites > Settings.

    Hi

    I didn’t purchase, so can’t provide transactional ID
    I didn’t use SMS authentication, so I can’t provide two-factor code
    I don’t find the activation URL, maybe because I register it before 2010

    But I can tell you, when I login WordPress website, and I also open “jovi113.wordpress.com”, on the blog up-right side, the account is me, if I am not the owner, how come the account shows my account…?

    That is impossible. The same email address cannot be used for more than one WordPress.com account.

    The site, jovi113.wordpress.com, belongs to the username, jovi113, and that account has a completely different email address from the account you’re using to post here.

    You can try resetting the password using that username – if you still have access to the correct email account you’ll receive the reset email. But if you no longer have access to the correct email, and you don’t have any of the other verification info required by the form, we won’t be able to give you access to that account.

    When you are logged into a WordPress.com account your profile picture will show top-right in the admin bar no matter what site you’re looking at. What shows in the admin bar has to do with what account you’re logged in as and has nothing to do with the site you are on.

    I did try another username to reset password and I checked each email account, then I found it!

    I already make it private, thank you so much!!
