  Hi, My preview site appears different than my live site and this is especially problematic because in the preview, when I stretch an image, it covers the entire screen (which is what I want to do), but in the live site the image appears blocky and there’s unnecessary white spaces.

  Another issue I was having is that when I use Slider Revolution and paste the shortcode into my page, the section with the visual appears as blank on the live site.

  Hi there!

  How your post looks when published will depend on your theme. If you stretch an image so it covers the screen, it will cover the available space the themes has set for the content.
  To insert an image that covers the entire screen, you can use the Cover Block, but I said before, it would depend on the theme if it will work. In a Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, you can edit the page template to add the Cover Block, and select how wide the image is going to be.

  If you want, you can share which theme you are using and I’ll check if it is or isn’t possible to do it.

  Finally, about Slider Revolution, there are a list of available shortcodes for WordPress.com, you can check them here: https://wordpress.com/support/shortcodes/
  It would seem that for Slider Revolution, you need to install a plugin and use the shortcode, to do this you’ll need a Business plan or higher: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  I appreciate your response. I’m using an imported Eduma theme. It’s a strange issue because it doesn’t work properly on the live site but when users register or login it suddenly works as it’s supposed to.

  What is your site’s URL? We don’t offer any theme on WordPress.com called Eduma, and the only site in your account, https://medicalacademy413923974.wordpress.com/, is using our Blank Canvas theme.

  Note that this is the forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider, support for that software is provided by the community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  However, for theme-specific issues you need to contact support for the specific theme you’re using instead.
