Website Issue

Hello there,
Ok so I am having developers work on the site and they had been working for months no problem. Then I had to pause my business plan because we were still figuring something out. I then reinstalled my business plan and restored my website with the restore feature you guys have. However, ever since I did that my website hasn’t been able to go public it will give me an error alert whenever I try. I spoke with a live chat associate and they told me to update elementor pro. I told my developers and they said it is already updated and furthermore they tried to reinstall it into the website using the ‘upload zip file to install plugin’ method your website provides. Additionally, there are some glitches that appeared to come after I payed my plan again and restored the plugins and website. Some of these glitches include not being able to add users to work on my website through the ‘user’ section. Another glitch is that the website is unable to be published as public. My developers don’t know what to do and told me to contact support and here I am. I need a solution asap please because there has been too much time wasted on trying to solve this.

These are errors that can happen when Jetpack has a connection problem. However, I’ve reconnected your account.
Your site reverted due to plan expiration on 2023-05-01. I recommend restoring it to at least one day before that if you see it’s not looking as it was before.
