  I keep getting an error message when I go to my site that says there has been to many redirects. What does that mean and how can I fix it? I have my own domain name and I have it forwarded so that it goes directly to my wordpress site. I bought mapping from you guys to do that but I just ended up forwarding it from my domains main site instead. How can i fix this issue? Thank you.

  Your domain’s name servers are not yet directed to us. Per the guide at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/ they need to be set to:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  The name servers will be changed through your domain registrar.
