  I am not happy with WordPress. Your company is totally invisible to me. I’ve been having constant problems with my blog. I’ve had these problems before. I don’t like it when I send your company these issues by e-mail, which your company has made it so it is the only way we the buying public can contact you. Is that when I try to contact you, I always get some vague response asking me questions like, ” Have you tried doing this, Have you cleared cache so your cookies aren’t cluttering.” Look! What happened to your company responding to your paying customers like you value them. I want to talk to a real person so I can get my issues solved asap. I’ve been with your company for almost two years. I’ve got a website that will probably make me some money if you people would get real and realize you can’t solve every customer inquiry by just telling them to send you and e-mail. If I get another vague response from WordPress, I’m just going to shut my website and start dealing with another company. Call me Richard Ewing (650)683-2044.   Hello Kathryn

  I used to be able to use the double space feature on my dashboard, is there any reason why I can’t see this option on my dashboard. Also I renewed my subscription with WordPress just a few months ago, why can’t I upload anything?

  Hi Richard, it looks like you’ve hit your 3 GB upload limit on allbayareasport.wordpress.com, which is why you’re not able to upload anything else:

  https://allbayareasport.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php

  You can get more space with our Space Upgrade, which will also allow you to upload certain types of audio files.

  If there are files you no longer need, you could also delete them to regain some space.
