  Hi WordPress,
  I think there is something wrong with the server of our website Eliteexclusivity.com. I can not upload photos, use the beaver builder and save the pages during the day time. Also, I can not open the website during the day time. I want to know what should I do and how to fix those problems.

  Hi there,

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  Please contact support at your hosting provider directly for help with this.

  Hi,
  Thank you for your reply. I will contact with them. Another question is, I think there’s some thing wrong with the plugin on our site. Sometimes when I save a web page, the system prompts the plug-in has a conflict and cannot save the changes. What should I do?

  That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
