Pls help me. I have paid for the domain chatbotmarketing.org, but I cannot access it, why?

@osteopathicconsultancy, our logs show that you deleted that site four years ago and therefore we cannot restore it anymore. For more information please read this:
@chatbotmarketing2020, We have already replied to you here:Your domain and your site are hosted by GoDaddy and by us (WordPress.com). Therefore you need to contact them regarding your issue.

Our webite has been running up until last week, so how can this be correct if it was deleted 4 years ago?
-
This is WordPress.com. You gave out your site address as http://theosteopathicconsultancy.wordpress.com
Perhaps you are really talking about a different site? -
theosteopathicconsultancy.wordpress.com was definitely not running just last week. The last time anything was published on that site was in June 2015, and it was deleted in November 2015.
Are you sure that’s the correct address? You have two other sites in your account, https://osteoconsultancy.wordpress.com/ and https://theosteopathicconsultancyblog.wordpress.com/, but they also both haven’t been modified since their creation November 2015 (2 and 3 November respectively), and looking at our logs there hasn’t been any activity in the
osteopathicconsultancyaccount you used to post here since then either until you logged in two days ago.So I’m guessing you’re looking for another site, either in a different WordPress.com username account, or even hosted at a completely different provider.

Your site osteopathic-consultancy.com is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress.org software and it is hosted by Fasthosts. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. For help with your site you can also ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
