    Hi vickybell1973

Can you please mention the site URL?

Also, can you give us more information on the issue you are facing?

rainsvillechurchofgod.org is our website. It will not let you log in. I was trying to delete some old info on the administrator side and then it went to parallelsH-sphere and would not let me log into it to administrate and it went from our newer looking to the old way the website used to look. I had a link that I went thru to administrate http://www.rainsvillechurchofgod.org/blog/wp-admin/ and this is were it takes you to the parallelsH-sphere. On the website it no longer has anywhere to log into. I know our version of wordpress probably needs updated to. I would like to see what we would need to do to get everything updated and more efficient. I would need to know how much that might would cost. Would it be better for us to just delete the old website and do a new site also thru wordpress?

  • Hi there!

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
    https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

You can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.

You are also welcome to transfer your site to WordPress.com, here you’ll find an overview of all our plans:
