  That URL is to a site that is hosted on Bluehost. To clarify, we are not the only provider of WordPress sites, and while we can help with sites we host directly on our managed service, we do not have a way to assist with WordPress sites that are set up on other providers.

  In this case if you contact Bluehost support they should be able to look into this for you and get things sorted.
