Website keeps freezing

  I have two sites and it seems both are freezing when I try to edit them.

  Plus this current site – if I go to it none of my posts show up.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  At what stage of the editing process are your sites freezing? As Are you adding certain blocks/content to a post or page? When adding media? Clicking on a particular link? Something else?

  This sounds like it may be a cache issue. Have you tried logging in using a different browser or clearing your browser’s cache?

  Thanks for responding – I have been getting it when adding media but just now when I opened it and wanted to add a page. I’ll try clearing the cache. Thanks

  It’s still freezing but only on my laptop. I can work via my phone which isn’t ideal but I’m adjusting.

  I looked at both of your sites and account, and nothing froze on me. The fact that everything works for you on your mobile phone indicates a local issue. It might be the browser you are using or even the machine you’re using.

  Does it still happen when you use a different browser? While on your mobile phone, are you using the browser or the Jetpack app?
