  • Morning –

That domain isn’t running on WordPress.com. It’s using the standalone WordPress installation instead – these are 2 different things:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

Here’s what I can see on your site:

    Registrar NETWORK SOLUTIONS, LLC.
    ns59.worldnic.com
    ns60.worldnic.com

You’ll want to visit the community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ for help with this. Your domain registrar is where you need to make your renewal, and then keep your hosting active as well.

If there was a purchase made with us in error I can process a refund for it. But, when looking at this user account I don’t see any purchases or upgrades on it.

This link can help you track down the purchase if it was on WordPress.com:

    Why was I charged?
