  I am using windows 8.1 RT on my surface and cannot link to any of the pages to purchase the upgrade for a blog. I select the link and nothing happens. Any idea why?

  What is the URL (address) of the blog you want to purchase the upgrade for?

  Upgrades can only be purchased for blogs hosted on WordPress.COM, upgrades are not relevant for WordPress.ORG installs.

  Also you need to have a blog before you can purchase any upgrade.

  Thanks, I was just starting as blog and thought i would just start off with the premium so i could use my own domain. so i have to start a blog and then upgrade it?
