Website links are not updating on the live site

Hi,
I changed the links in all my buttons on all pages of the website. It has been about 4-5 hours since I have updated this, as well as changed some videos, and it is not reflected in the website. On the wordpress dashboard, I can see it is changed.
I attempted to clear cache in my browser and in the wordpress dashboard, but those methods did not work either.
