Website Loading Error

Hey,
I don’t know the reason for this but I have a problem with my website. It was loading just fine. I added a loading page transition and an image as well and for some reason there were these black and white stripes all over the screen. And after a few more tries, my website wasn’t even loading. When I was researching about this a couple of minutes back, one of the reasons mentioned was about the web hosting service and that there is a possibility the server has crashed. Could you help me out in any way regarding this? I have attached screenshots of the page below.Thanks in advance

From the message you described it sounds like you could be using the open-source WordPress software (WordPress.org), not WordPress.com. Please could you confirm the URL of your site? Thanks!
