  When anyone visits my site location should popup is it possible

  I’m not sure what you mean. Where exactly would you like this to pop up?

  The only place on WordPress.com where we track location is in the site stats, and there is no way to tie that data to a specific visitor to your site. This is designed that way on purpose, in order to help maintain and protect the privacy of your site’s visitors.
