  I have been trying in vain all day to access my website at http://www.thewatkinsgroup-tx.com the reset password email function is not working and trying to locate a ‘contact us’ or reach someone is truly cumbersome. Why don’t you have a clear way to contact someone on this site for help. Very frustrating.

  Hi there,

  Your website is not hosted by WordPress.COM. It’s hosted by GoDaddy.

  You’ll find better help over at WordPress.ORG (WP.COM and WP.ORG are two separate services and each site has a separate login. So your WordPress.COM login will not work there. You may need to create an account over at WordPress.ORG)

  Error connecting to database usually means that your database name, username and/or password do not match what’s in your wp-config.php file. The folks over at WordPress.ORG should be able to help you get that figured out (heck, GoDaddy has 24/7 phone support they could probably help you too)
