  I cannot login to an account. I just took over managing a website and the pw I was provided does not work. The associated email with the website is also not under my digression. How can I login to the website and start doing my job of maintaining it? I need to create a new password but the linked email address is not mine. Please help

  Hi there,

  This is a tricky situation, the only way you can reset a password is if you have access to the email ID associated with that account. Since you don’t, what you can try doing is contact the person who has access to that email address.

  Once you’re in touch, initiate the process to get a new password from here.

  Another option is to ask them for the correct password.
