Website login and email not working

  I just created a new account and see that while editing my website that my email and account IDs are correct. However, when going to ‘view website’ and trying to login neither of these are recognized, and aren’t recognized when trying to recover a lost password. Any ideas of how I can log back in to my website? Thanks!

  Hi there, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com, so we have no way of helping you. For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums. They should be able to give you some options on getting back into your site. Another option is to contact your web host (Bluehost) and see if they can help you out.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.
