Website Login Issues
-
I believe my E-commerce website (asherpromgmt.com) has been hacked (phishing). I cannot login into my ‘https://asherpromgmt.com/wp-admin/’ account. I requested a password reset link to send to my email at (email visible only to moderators and staff), but have not received it. Please assist me. If nothing can be done, I will have to shut my ecommerce down and create a new one. My phone number is 1-561-654-3588.
I am hoping that I just forgotten my password, since it has been awhile since I have logged in. Thank you so much.

Hello and good day. Thank you for addressing my concern. I requested a password reset link at least three times to my email at (email visible only to moderators and staff). The following underline message appeared in my email account…ALREADY OPENED when it appeared (see attachment). I think further assistance is going to be needed. Maybe a text can be sent to my phone number already on file 1-561-6.54-3588. Thank you again.

Hi,
I’ve checked it, and the site asherpromgmt.com is not hosted on the WordPress.com servers. We can not help here with sites that are not hosted with us.
Your site is hosted with ipage. You need to contact them to get assistance with this site.

Thank you for the update. Jetpack has locked my account, due to too many login attempts. When I was able to login to my account, I was having problems with accessing some of the search menus in the attachment below. The “Feedback”, “Products”, “Orders”, and “Search” menus opens up a second login tab, which required my username and password in order to access. My username and password does not work on the second login request. This wasn’t a requirement when I was initially building my E-commerce website.

As I previously mentioned, since I’ve tried and failed multiple times to log onto my second login, Jetpack has locked my account (Attachment 2)

I then get the following email:

I clicked on “Reset Your Password” (Attachment 4). I typed my email address in the Username or Email Address box (as shown below) and clicked on “Get New Password”. That “Get New Password” email never comes to my email address. I requested this multiple times and have never received an “Get New Password” email. In addition, Jetpack has locked my account. PLEASE HELP ME.

Hey there,
Since your site is not hosted with WordPress.com we will not be able to assist you with recovering access to your account or site as we have no access to your site and our support tools will not work. You can learn more about the difference between WordPress.com and self-hosted or WordPress.org sites here:
WordPress powers millions of websites, from bloggers and small businesses to massive news sites and companies. This guide will help you to understand the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and which might be the best fit for your website. Overview of Differences The same WordPress software powers both WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites. One of the main differences is hoIt looks like you are accessing your site from WordPress.com due to the Jetpack connection. The reason you are seeing the second login prompt is that you are no longer logged in to your account on the site itself, so you cannot make changes until signed in.
In this case, I would recommend reaching out to your hosting provider who should be able to assist you with restoring access to your account. You can also try reaching out to Jetpack directly here.
If you are interested in moving your site to WordPress.com we would be better able to assist you with issues such as this one in the future. You can learn more about moving to WordPress.com here.
Hope this helps!
