  I have tried to resize my logo image both outside of WordPress and inside of WordPress but the size never changes on the preview.

  Hi there,

  How are you trying to resize the logo? The Alves theme you have active on http://popartculture280650037.wordpress.com/ doesn’t have an option for resizing the logo.

  Or are you perhaps speaking of the Bluehost site, https://popartcultre.com/ which you have connected to this account via Jetpack? If the issue is on that site, please contact support for the specific theme you’re using there directly.
