Website logo with a fixed position on top of the page

    Hi!

Theme I am using has a “Fix menu at the top of the screen” option inside its options’ dashboard. I enabled it and while it works well for the menu itself and the Website logo when visualised on a desktop computer, I am yet having issues when my homepage is visualised on mobile (max-width of 600px):

Web logo won’t display fixed to the top of the screen (image attached on the left or #1) until the side menu gets opened (image attached on the right or #2).
It looks like opening the side menu on mobile triggers a script to load so that Website logo behaves correctly, meaning inheriting the css/function to be displayed fixed at the top of the page.

I am attaching to screenshots to help.

Hoping anybody could tell me what it is.

    thank you

    Simone
