  Hey there! Your site isn’t hosted here with us, but I’d bet your theme’s support can help. You’ll want to get a screenshot of what you have in the editor, vs what you’re getting on the site, so that they can see the difference.

  Going forward, these forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. We’re a little different from the WordPress software itself. This article explains some of the differences.
