Website looks different in different browsers and computers

Hello,
I have put up a simple one page website today using the Divi theme in word press. There are no plug ins. The site is fine on a macbook and tablet but on my husband’s mac there are paragraphs of text overlapping and distorted photos. It’s fine on his machine in Firefox but not Safari or Chrome.
I’m not a web designer just an amateur. How do I resolve this issue please.
