Website Lost All Formatting When our Plan Expired

  Hi,

  I’m having trouble with my website http://www.gamevillesportswear.com . We lost all the formatting we made in the site and it became messed up all of a sudden. Is it because our plan expired? If so, can we renew it and revert back to when everything was fine?

  Hi there,

  Any features that were associated with the paid plan will no longer be available without that plan enabled. I see that you had the Business Plan, so any plugins, CSS, etc. associated with that site has been stripped from the site. You’ll need to repurchase the plan in order to regain access to those features.

  Hi,

  Once I repurchase the plan, do the features go back automatically or will I have to set them up again?

  It looks like you actually had the eCommerce plan, not Business, so you’ll need to re-purchase that plan instead.

  Any custom CSS you were using should be reapplied automatically, provided you were using one of our free themes before the plan expired. But if you were using a third party theme you’ll need to reactivate the theme first, and you might also need to reactivate the plugins you were using.

  That said, we might also be able to just restore a backup of your site from before the plan was removed two weeks ago. Our live chat team will be able to check on that for you once we have the plan reactivated on your account.

  Can I send you a link to pay for a new plan? In this case we’ll have to add the plan back to your account manually, as you won’t be able to add it yourself from the Plans page.
