Website Malfunction

  Good Afternoon,
  I require assistance with our website. I attempted to update wordpress versions and now the website does not work. Here is the message I receive when attempting to navigate to the site or the wp-admin for the site:

  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/content/92/11480992/html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-favicon/includes/aio-favicon-backend.php on line 75

  I also just updated the favicon plugin and my site also shows the same error message.

  Please help.

  Sounds to me like the site in question is not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead it is set up with the open source WordPress.org software. Help with that comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
