  Hello, I want to change the theme and background of my site, can you please advise? Also, when I click on Dashboard, a notice that says ‘Sorry, but you do not have the correct permissions to update the Contact Form 7 plugin.

  Please contact the administrator of this site for help.’ Keeps appearing. Can you please tell me what this means? Thank you.

  Yes your site is hosted at JustHost, not here at WordPress.com. You’ll need to register an account at the correct forum linked to above:
  https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
