Website menu hidden

  Hello
  I will say first, I am helping a business put items on their site, and change bits of it too, so i don’t really understand the coding side of it.
  The website is wombtogrow.co.uk and the menu running on the top, it appears behind the content.
  It was working this morning, I have added and taken away elements, but it changed and I can’t figure out why.
  Any help would be much appreciated.

  I’m afraid that this site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
