  I’m lookingf to migrate my website to word press and would like to know the best avenue to do that.

  Jetpack: Unknown

  Hey there,

  Many thanks for reaching out!

  We actually have this migration plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ which can be used to import the site from the current host to WordPress.com.

  At a minimum the business plan would need to in use here at WordPress.com:

  A migration can be done under a temporary URL, as so not the disrupt the current site.

  Once complete, the domain can be either transferred or connected to WordPress.com.

  If you already own a domain name with another provider, you can use that domain with your WordPress.com site. Once you complete the steps below, instead of your site address being something like yourgroovysite.wordpress.com, your site’s address will be something like yourgroovydomain.com.
