  Hi,
  We created the above fasscointernational website since 2012 via wordpress. We are not able to launch the website about 1 month ago. Can someone help to advise what happen and to reactivate the website? Thanks.

  If you’re speaking of a different site, please give that site’s URL starting with http://

  That domain is not hosted by WordPress.com, so you must have used the WordPress.org software to create it. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different and we can only help with free WordPress.COM sites in this forum: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Hi fassco!

  What you need to do is find out where your 2012 website files are being hosted. Make sure the name servers of your host are matching with domain name of your website. This is how you link your domain name with the server that has your 2012 website files.
