Website missing

  I was in my website this afternoon and now when I go in it I get this message:
  Warning: require(/home/content/p3pnexwpnas04_data01/48/3821348/html/wp-includes/class-wp-query.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas04_data01/48/3821348/html/wp-settings.php on line 151

  Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/content/p3pnexwpnas04_data01/48/3821348/html/wp-includes/class-wp-query.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_6/lib/php’) in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas04_data01/48/3821348/html/wp-settings.php on line 151
  Also, when I go into my Godaddy account I see this message under updates:
  Plugin & Theme status is unavailable due to site customizations.
