website missing.

    Hello WP people, I once had a paid account with my business website attached to it. I wasn’t well for a long time (not used since 2016) and therefore didn’t renew the subscription since I couldn’t use it. I figured it would just revert back to a wordpress site. I have just come back today and nothing is there. Is it possible to go back to a free website and it will all come back? Or is it all gone for good?

    Hi there!

    We can’t really advise more without knowing the site address. In general, we wouldn’t delete any site from your account, even if the subscription expired.
    That means you are either logged into an incorrect account or your site was not hosted here.

    If you can share the address of the site in question, we can have another look.
