  The other day our website disappeared. I have no notice of payment due, so I’m not sure what happened. How do I get my site back up and running?

  Thanks for reaching out.

  I am seeing that the plan expired on this site and that is why you are are having this issue. Here are a few steps you will want to have the site owner take to return your site to the way it was before this plan expired (the owner is different than this WordPress.com account):

  1. Purchase the WordPress.com Business plan at My Site → Upgrades → Plans
  2. Head to My Site → Settings → Hosting Coniguration → Activate
  3. Once activated, restore a backup prior to the plan expiring on 04-12-2023 at My Site → Jetpack → Backups
